The Papillon Business Opportunity requires no registration fee and no major upfront investment, other than purchasing a Startup Option.

Important note about testers:  All Startup Options include a tester kit with 5ml testers of the actual Papillon Perfume Products.

These testers are not for resale and replacement 5mls can be purchased from the Reseller Online Shop.

The testers (and any Tester Kit) are provided as a sales and marketing tool to help you introduce the fragrances to customers and generate orders for full-size products.

Startup Options 2 and 3 include 30ml perfumes of our top-selling fragrances, giving you the opportunity to start earning immediately by selling them for a profit.  These two Startup Options are a once-off offer, designed to help you get started with confidence. Once you’ve sold the stock included in your Startup Option, you can simply place all future orders through the Reseller Online Store and continue growing your business.

Once you have purchased your chosen Startup Option, you will gain access to the Reseller Online Shop, which offers:

  • Reseller-only volume discounted prices
  • Secure online ordering and payment
  • Access to your order history
  • Ability to update contact and delivery information
  • Free access to marketing tools and marketing images

There are no commissions, sales targets, complex demotion rules, or multi-level structures.  You purchase Papillon products at wholesale (volume-discounted) prices and sell them to your customers for a profit.

There are two simple ways to run your business:

Option 1: Order on demand

Use your tester kit to take monthly orders from your customers.
Once orders are collected, place and pay for your order on the Reseller Online Shop. When your products arrive, simply deliver them to your customers.

Option 2: Keep stock on hand

Maintain your own stock so you can fulfil customer orders immediately.
You can take advantage of PayFlex or PayJustNow interest-free payment options, allowing you to stock up first and repay as you sell your products.

All orders must be placed through our online shop and paid in full before we can dispatch them. If you choose to pay with PayFlex or PayJustNow, your order will be dispatched once credit is approved.  You will receive a confirmation of your order with your courier details and tracking number.

Easy payment options
You can pay for your orders using the following methods:

  • PayNow: Utilize Payfast, our secure online payment solution.
  • PayLater: Choose PayFlex or PayJustNow to make interest-free payments over time.
  • Manual Payment: Make payments via your banking app or cash deposits at your local FNB ATM.

PayFlex offers an easy, interest-free payment plan over six weeks. Here’s how it works:

  • When you place your order, you pay 25% of the total amount upfront.
  • The remaining balance is divided into three equal payments.
  • These payments are automatically deducted from your bank account every two weeks.

So, you make four payments in total: one at the time of the order and three more every two weeks.  Your order will be sent to you once credit is approved and the first instalment is successful.  Learn more by clicking here.

PayJustNow offers an easy, interest-free payment plan over three months. Here’s how it works:

  • When you place your order, you pay a third of the total amount upfront.
  • The remaining balance is divided into two equal payments.
  • These payments are automatically deducted on the 25th of the following 2 months.

So, you make three payments in total: one at the time of the order and two more monthly payments. Your order will be sent to you once credit is approved and first installment was successful.  Learn more by clicking here.

Papillon Resellers buy products at wholesale  prices (volume discount) from Papillon and sell to their customers at recommended retail prices (RRP).

The difference between the price you pay and the selling price is your profit.

There are three ways to make money –

  1. Personal Profit – resellers can earn a profit per unit sold directly to their customers, depending on the volume and products ordered.
  2. Prizes and Performance bonuses.
  3. Refer and earn! Refer a friend to become a Papillon Reseller and earn R500 credit against your account.

We currently supply products to Papillon representatives in Botswana (Gaborone), Lesotho (Maseru), Zimbabwe (Harare), Eswatini (Mbabane). We collaborate orders through our authorised representatives to ensure profitable prices to these countries.

We encourage the use of Social media and technology to market Papillon to your Customers, but please be advised that certain rules apply when doing so. Please refer to our Marketing guidelines.

Here’s a few tips on taking care of your tester kit:

  • When you are not using your kit, store it in a cool, dark place.
  • Additional kit items can be purchased if you run out.
  • When a client requests to smell a fragrance rather offer to spray it yourself onto a smelling strip and then if requested on the client. This will avoid excessive use of your tester material.
  • The best place to spray is on the inner wrists and avoid spraying on jewellery.

Remember to take your customer’s contact details so that you can keep them updated with specials and news. Take records of all orders and payments so that you can keep track of who has ordered what and who has paid.

We only make use of reliable and insured courier services, delivered within 1 to 4 working days to your delivery address or to a pickup point closest to you. (Delivery times are subject to your location.) Delivery charges start at R85 and decrease to R0 depending on your order size.

If purchasing through a collaborator reseller (Exports only): The delivery date and time will be agreed upon with the reseller selling to you.

All registered Papillon Resellers have free access to personalised marketing material and designs – to promote their business.

  1. Marketing tools like flyers, banners, posters, bunting, shirts, caps etc. – you only pay for the printing and market material cost – not the design! We also provide personalised digital marketing images.
  2. We are a paperless Company and therefore use Social media, WhatsApp, and Emails to communicate news and specials.
  3. Our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/papillonperfume/ is updated regularly with posts that you can share to your Social media platforms. WhatsApp / Email messages sent from us to you may be forwarded to your customers.
  4. Our Blog Page is updated monthly with valuable info about our products and other interesting articles that will help you excel in your business.
  5. We encourage the use of Social media and technology to market Papillon to your Customers, but please be advised that there are certain rules that apply when doing so, see the applicable section here.

Papillon encourages participation by Resellers on social media and networking sites, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Individuals and businesses that choose to contribute on social media sites-while representing themselves in a Papillon reseller capacity- should adhere to the guidelines set out here.

Option 1: We use our printer to produce the items and we courier the items to you
Email info@papillon.co.za and tell us which marketing items you would like to order.
We will request a quote from our local printers and inform you of the prices.
After accepting the quote, we will invoice you, and we will need proof of payment before work can commence.
Productions of the promo items take 5-6 working days, depending on the item and quantity.
We will deliver the items to you once completed. Courier Charges apply

Option 2: We send you the appropriate artwork for you to print at your local printer (Postnet, Jetline, Minuteman Press, etc.).

No, you may not copy images or text from our website – Papillon is a registered trademark (2013/24976 Class3); therefore, the copying or downloading of any graphics, photographs, images, messaging, text, or any other content from the Papillon website is not permitted without express written permission from Papillon. This includes copying the Papillon colour palette and the Papillon corporate logo for use on reseller marketing.
